Some of the world's best at-sea restaurants are making waves. Forbes Travel Guide - the independent, global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and ocean cruises - has just announced the list of its 2025 Star Award Winners, with a number of cruise-ship restaurants making the cut for the very first time.

Fine Cut Steakhouse on Celebrity Apex, Dining Room on SeaDream II and S.E.A. on the Ritz-Carlton group's high-end yacht Evrima are among the highest scorers, with four-star ratings in the five-star system. Candles on Windstar Star Pride and The Grill on Silversea's Silver Origin have also been "recommended" by Forbes. "The cruise industry has raised the bar significantly when it comes to dining with big investments from the style and design to the food and wine program all helping to elevate the epicurean experiences at sea," said Amanda Frasier, Forbes Travel Guide's president of Standards & Ratings.
